The Terrace uses as much locally sourced produce as possible to create a range of sumptuous platters including vegetarian and seafood specials. Our tantalising menu boasts quality Cornish meats, local dairy produce, vegetables plucked from nearby farms, and freshly landed fish from Newquay, Fowey and Falmouth. Just some examples of the tasty, seasonal morsels on offer include fresh mussels and scallops, locally reared steak, West Country cheeses and Cornish ice cream.
Wherever possible we source produce from within Cornwall, and by using local suppliers we can ensure the highest quality and freshness of our ingredients. When sourcing the best quality goods we also favour companies that can demonstrate a commitment to caring for our environment.
